When to Expect Your Order
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except holidays. To calculate the estimated arrival date for an item, simply add the item availability (found on the item page) to the shipping speed. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need help calculating arrival dates.
US Delivery & Tracking
All US orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery, except APO/FPO addresses. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a Tracking Number (for FedEx 2Day Express) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (for USPS Priority Mail). A Delivery Confirmation Number cannot be used to track packages in transit.
International Shipping
AlluringBody does not collect duty or taxes for countries outside the US. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Canadians may incur a 7% - 15% sales tax, depending on the recipient's province. UK customers must pay duties and a value added tax (VAT), which could be up to 30% of the total cost, depending on the value of the items purchased and the shipping location. Billing and shipping addresses must match. Photo ID may be requested for orders over $500.
