60-Day Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges are shipped free of charge.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Pack your return or exchange securely in the original packaging. Write the reason for the return or the desired exchange on the packing slip. Include a note with the order number if you do not have the packing slip. Unpadded envelopes are unacceptable packaging.

3. Within 7 business days of receiving your item, we will issue a refund or ship your exchange. Your credit card company may take several additional days to post refunds to your account.
