45-Day Returns
Our 45-day return policy gives you time to consider and inspect your purchase or gift. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return the unused item in its original condition within 45-days for a refund or exchange. Unlike other body jewelry stores, we allow returns after the packaging has been opened. We don't require a return authorization code or for you to fill out a form. Jewelry that is altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
How to Return an Order
- Pack it. Carefully wrap the item in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, make sure that the items are wrapped in a way that protects from damage. Flat envelopes are not recommended for shipping. Please include:
- The packing slip that came in the package or a printout of the order confirmation email
- A note stating the reason for the return
- Ship it. We recommend shipping your return with insurance to protect you against any loss during shipment. Please note that AlluringBody is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Our address:

- Check your email. Within a week of receiving your package, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return. It usually takes several days after processing for the credit to appear in your bank statement.
How to Make an Exchange
- Pack it. Carefully wrap the item in the original packaging (if possible). Flat envelopes are not recommended for shipping. Please include:
- The packing slip that came in the package or a printout of the order confirmation email
- A note with the name and item number of the piece you would like in exchange.
- Ship it. We recommend shipping your exchange with insurance to protect you against any loss during shipment. Please note that AlluringBody is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Our address:

- Check your email. Within a week of receiving your package, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your exchange and sent your new jewelry order. We will charge your credit card if the item exchanged for is of greater value, or credit your card for the difference in cost.
The Fine Print
- 45-day returns and exchanges will be accepted on clean, unaltered, undamaged merchandise only
- Custom orders are non-returnable
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- If the item was purchased with free shipping, $5 will be deducted from the refund to partially cover our shipping costs
- All GIA certificates must be returned in the original condition
- Exchanges are shipped to customers free of charge and no shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, unless numerous exchanges are made
- The credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase will be credited unless otherwise specified
- Was the item a gift? If so, you may request a check instead of crediting the card used to make the purchase. Please include instructions with the package.
- If the item was purchased using a gift certificate, then store credit will be issued
