Settings may loosen over time. If a setting becomes loose, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge. All labor and shipping to you is free and covered by our lifetime warranty. We are not responsible for lost gemstones or the cost of shipping to us.
30-day returns
Our 30-day return policy gives you time to consider and inspect your purchase or gift. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition within 30-days for a refund or exchange. Unlike other body jewelry stores, we allow returns after the packaging has been opened. We don't require a return authorization code or for you to fill out a form.
