1.6mm Blue Diamond Nose Stud

I purchased this 1.6mm blue stone in the yellow gold, short, L-shaped post. My piercing is only a couple of months old. It slipped in with no discomfort (the hand polishing AlluringBody does to the pieces makes the edges so smooth) and I have had no issues at all with my new piercing (thanks to the high quality of this jewelry). I want to comment on the great fit and size: I have a sort of small, Asian nose, and the "short" post is perfect for me. It is not tight, you cannot see it inside my nostril because it lays inside as it should, it's comfortable (I blow my nose all the time because of allergies and I don't feel the post at all), and it's secure. Okay, now about the beauty of this nose stud...it looks very tiny when you see it for the first time. I wondered if it would be noticeable at all or if it would sparkle. I put it in and it was noticeable. I would not say this is a "discreet" size, but very close to it. I've been told that no one noticed my stud until I said something about it or when I turned my head, something sparkled on my nose. This sparkles even in dim lighting when a light source hits it at the right angle. This is a quality piece of jewelry that won't have to be replaced unless I somehow lose it or damage it myself. Do something nice for yourself - buy a quality piece like this from AlluringBody. Consult with them ahead of time if you're not sure about whether you should go with a "short", "standard" or "long" post. Read the reviews about whether the "Teensy", "Perfect" or "Stunning" is better for you in terms of stone size. In my opinion, the "Stunning" is definitely larger than the "Perfect", so if you work in a conservative environment, it will be more noticeable than the other two, but is not too much. The 1.6 size stone is as people say - just the perfect size. I'm so happy with my purchase.

My mom bought a nose stud for herself at the store in New Hope, PA. She loved it and bought one for me for an early christmas gift. it love it! it fits perfectly in my nose (i have a small nose so i got the short L-shaped). It does not tickle or stick out of my nose at all!
