It is the right size, sits perfectly on my nose, has a sparkle, big enough to get noticed & look sexy at the same time, small enough to continue wearing at work and not look unprofessional. Cust Svc is good too...i called them right after placing the order, before receiving my product to confirm the length of the stick behind the stud and I got a call back within 24 hrs...though at the same time, i left another msg right after receiving my product asking how to put it in coz I was expecting a screw flat back nose ring and this is a 1 piece item with a ball thingy attached to the stick of the stud that goes right inside with a little push....since I wasn't sure, i left a msg but never heard back from anyone....maybe coz the product was already delivered or maybe i rub it in by calling twice. :) but it doesn't matter since i was able to figure out and put it in myself after a little research. so cust svc-----4/5, product----5/5!!!

I saw this one and thought it would work. I was nervous about it being too long in my nose and if it was going to fit my gauge (I was pierced with an 18 G). I received it the other day and put it in immediately...it’s perfect! It’s not too long inside my nose and it's small but noticeable and it lays as flat as it possibly can on your nose. I got the teensy Diamond stud. I use to have a screw, but honestly it was always twisting it back in my nose cause it would always be sticking out. (5 Stars) Just RightI got my nose pierced 2 month's ago with a starter 18 guage, L shaped "small" diamond that looked horrible. The stud was bulky and sat on top of my nose like a small box with a diamond that pointed upward. I looked everywhere for a tiny nose screw that sat close to my skin and nothing was small enough! I found this little beauty online, I ordered a 20 guage teensy diamond screw and let me tell you...I LOVE IT, it actually sits flush with my nose, it is actually COMPLETELY FLAT and it sparkles sooooo much. I needed something dainty and clean for work and this screw is so perfect. I was able to remove the original stud and insert the screw and it took me about 5 min and now the screw feels great and does not show underneath.
