Secure fit

Our diamond nose screws are designed for a secure fit. The U-shaped backing is twisted through the piercing to hold it in place. Unlike other companies, all of our backings are fully polished and smooth. If you are concerned about your nose stud staying in place, this is probably the best style for you.
